145.25 Springfield -> Sunapee

145.250 -600 pl 88.5 has been relocated from Springfield back to Sunapee.  The Springfield test showed that the desired coverage to complement 147.285 Claremont could not be achieved from that site.  A potential new site is in the works.  In preparation, the repeater has also being reconfigured and the callsign changed to W1VN.

441.95 Hanover

With thanks to Twin State Radio Club, and specifically Dave WA1ZCN (for tower work), Matt W1SKE, and Alan N1YMQ, 441.95 has use of a real antenna. Additionally, the amplifier was replaced, and the transmitter and duplexers tuned. It seems to be playing fairly well.
